Shipping?
Most orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days. The delivery date depends on the option that you choose during checkout.
Returns and exchanges?
Please send a note to contact@thepeacockavenue.com if you or the gift recipient received items in damaged condition. We are, however, unable to fulfill returns on perishable items like chocolate, tea, coffee as well as soaps and candles.
Customized?
We will be happy to customize the contents of your box. E-mail us at contact@thepeacockavenue.com.
Bulk orders?
We curate gifts for corporate, weddings and other events. Send an e-mail to contact@thepeacockavenue.com for favors and large quantity orders.
International?
We currently ship only within the US.
Packaging?
We use FSC-certified custom mailer boxes to pack the gifts and sustainable poly mailers to ship them.
Same products always?
The items in the boxes will be the ones that are shown on the website. Future boxes may have items that are slightly different due to stock / seasonal variation and newer products from vendors. But please be assured that the website will be updated if we make changes to the contents of the boxes.
